Abstract
视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病(neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders,NMOSD)是一种原发性中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘疾病,女性发病率高于男性,多在5～50岁时发病,平均发病年龄39岁 [1].NMOSD起病急,进展快,可导致肢体瘫痪、视力下降、神经源性呼吸衰竭,甚至死亡 [2].
