Research on intrusion detection of industrial control system based on improved QPSO-SVM

Intrusion detection technology can effectively evaluate the security state of the system. However, the accuracy of traditional intrusion detection methods still needs to be improved. Therefore, this paper proposed a SVM model based on improved QPSO. QPSO is used to optimize the hyperparameters of SVM to improve its accuracy. In addition, the shrinkage expansion coefficient 𝛼 in QPSO is improved to make QPSO adaptive. Experiment shows that the proposed algorithm has good performance.
