Thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) has been increasingly used to treat aortic dissection and aneurysms. Access-related complications remain a common source of morbidity and mortality following TEVAR. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the major risk factors predicting for access complications and the 5-year mortality for patients with access complications.
