Hierarchical Rotation Scheme for Sequentially Rotated Circularly Polarized Phased Array

摘要
A fast algorithm for evaluating the cross-polarization characteristics of sequentially rotated circular polarization phased array is presented, which can be used to design a specific array rotation scheme and improve the cross-polarization suppression of wide-angle scanning phased array. Based on the parasitic cross-polarization array factor, a novel multilevel hierarchical array elements rotation scheme is designed to further reduce and disperse the cross-polarization peaks.
