Experimental and Computational Study on the Inclusion of Betamethasone with Cyclodextrin

Betamethasone belongs to a classification of medications called corticosteroids which are sparingly soluble in water. This limits their dissolution and bioavailability. The interaction of BMTZ with different types of CDs was investigated. The effects of the types and concentration of CDs, ionic strength, pH as well as temperature on the inclusion behavior were also investigated.
