An Observer-Based Attack Detection Method in Cyber-Physical Power System

摘要
This paper presents an observer-based detection strategy to detect false data injection attack (FDIA) under unknown disturbances in cyber-physical power system. We design an observer based on L ∞ technology which can enhance the sensitivity to attack signal and robustness to unknown disturbances such as measurement noise. Meanwhile, a time-varying threshold is proposed to overcome the constraints of precomputed constant threshold based on L ∞ technology. Simulation results based on a 2-generator 6-bus model are presented to verify the performance of the proposed observer.
