Abstract
The theoretical methods for resiliency evaluation of high and medium voltage distribution networks have been studied, resiliency evaluation of low-voltage distribution networks is a new research topic. It is difficult to achieve a refined theoretical analysis of its resiliency. Unlike the high and medium voltage system, the low voltage system has at least three-stage protection structure, and low-voltage circuit breakers generally have failure modes such as misoperation and refusal of operation due to operating errors and protection failures. In order to accurately assess the resiliency level of the low-voltage distribution system, firstly this paper analyzes the fault influence range caused by the malfunction of the circuit breakers and then proposes a resiliency analytical evaluation method based on the improved minimum circuit, which can be based on the set of circuit breakers. System resiliency can be evaluated according to the logical relationship of circuit breakers, and the rationality and value of the proposed method are proved by the case analysis.
