摘要
Due to the ability of platinum to bioaccumulate in the body, methodologies, and approaches for the determination of this element in highly complex samples are desirable. On this context the atomic spectrometry has stood out for present high sensitivity and accuracy, although refractory elements can be a great analytical challenge. The manufacture of polymeric sample holders by additive manufacturing (3D print) becomes an alternative.Disposable sample holders were investigated for the determination of Pt in urine samples.Linear calibration curves were obtained up to 5 ng of Pt with high coefficient of correlation (r = 0.9973), relative standard deviation mean of 6.6%, and limits of detection and quantification (LOD and LOQ) of 0.07 and 0.23, respectively.Samples and standard solution recoveries ranged from 99 to 109%, with RSD less than 9% between triplicates.
