Abstract
A method for dangerous liquid detection based on microwave technology is proposed. According to the principle that various mediums have different microwave reflection characteristics, machine learning algorithm is used to classify the reflectivity of dangerous liquid and safe liquid, so as to realize the recognition of two kinds of liquids. In this paper, a pair of broadband microstrip antennas working in 0.5GHz ~ 3.5GHz are designed. Combined with the small scalar network analysis module and embedded system, a portable and miniaturized equipment for dangerous liquid detection has been developed. The experimental data show that this system has good repeatability and accuracy.
