Due to factors such as the assembly of the rotating pair and the manufacturing errors of the parts, the impeller has inevitable eccentricity, and there is a common phenomenon of impeller whirl during the operation of the pneumatic grinder. In order to study the pressure pulsation and radial force characteristics of the impeller under the vortex motion, this paper simulates the motion process of the vortex impeller based on the CFD method, establishes the vortex motion model of the impeller, and studies the impeller eccentricity based on this model. , The influence of the whirl ratio on the pressure pulsation in the grinding head cavity of the grinder and the radial force characteristics of the impeller. Increasing force is obvious. In addition, the impeller pressure pulsation extreme value has a significant positive correlation with the impeller eccentricity; with the increase of the whirl ratio, the change period of the pressure pulsation and the radial force increases. The research results provide a basis for the optimal design of the impeller of the grinder, and a strong theoretical support for the improvement of the overall performance of the grinder.
