Abstract
In this paper, we propose an ultra-wideband optically transparent electromagnetic absorber (EMA) with a fractional bandwidth of 113.09%. The absorber consists of a multi-layered transparent structure with a periodic indium-tin-oxide (ITO) patch array attached to a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film layer.
