Quality evaluation of high-speed railway dispatching software based on TODIM

To solve the problems of fuzziness and uncertainty in the quality evaluation of high-speed railway dispatching software, a TODIM evaluation method based on interval 2-tuple linguistic is proposed. This method uses interval 2-tuple linguistic as evaluation linguistic. The subjective weights and objective weights of attributes are obtained by subjective weighting method and maximum deviation method respectively, and then the combined weights of attributes are obtained by combination weighting method. On this basis, finally use TODIM to evaluate the quality of railway software. Compared with TOPSIS method, the rationality and effectiveness of this method are verified.
