《中国人口老龄化发展趋势预测研究报告》显示,21 世纪的中国将会是一个不可逆转的老龄社会,到2020年,老年人口达到2. 48 亿,占全国总人口的17. 17％,并且在2051 年老年人口将达到峰值,进入重度老龄化的阶段. 在人口老龄化、人口流动、子女数量等因素的影响下,我国家庭结构也逐渐发生了改变,单人户所占有的比例显著增加,且老年人占较大比重〔1〕.
