摘要
Abstract Cumulative 24-month M. tuberculosis infection incidence (measured primarily by TST) was high among HIV-exposed uninfected infants (8.7/100 person-years [95%CI 6.3-11.9)]. Trend for decreased TST-positivity among infants randomized to isoniazid at 6 weeks of age at trial end (12 months post-enrollment) was not sustained through observational follow-up to 24-months of age.
