Distributed Optimal Dispatching of Multi-Agent Integrated Energy System Based on ADMM with Dynamic Step Size

Under the requirement of low-carbon energy operation, the integrated energy system is an effective way to meet the social sustainable development and achieve the goal of carbon neutrality. In this paper, the micro energy grid is taken as the agent of the integrated energy system. The micro energy grid is described based on the energy hub model, and a system framework for the coordinated operation with direct energy exchange of the multi-agent and the upper carbon management center is established. Alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)algorithm is transformed and introduced to realize the distributed solution of the problem. The system only needs the necessary information to solve the distributed optimization solution, which can minimize the operation cost and the environment cost.Furthermore, the convergence performance of the algorithm is improved by dynamically adjusting the iteration step size under the same convergence criteria. Finally, a simulation example is given to analyze the energy optimization results and step size adjustment results of the proposed method, and the effectiveness and improvement advantages are verified.
