Abstract
利用第一性原理和玻尔兹曼输运理论,研究了二硫化钼/二硫化钨双层异质结(MoS2/WS2-BH)的热输运性质.结果表明,在室温下单层二硫化钼、单层二硫化钨和二硫化钼/二硫化钨双层异质结的热导率分别为114,240和167 W·(m·K)-1,异质结热导率介于单层二硫化钼和单层二硫化钨热导率之间且略低于其平均热导率.通过对声子色散曲线、格林爱森参量、声子群速度和弛豫时间的分析发现,与单层二硫化钼及二硫化钨相比,二硫化钼/二硫化钨双层异质结的晶格热导率受层间弱范德华作用的影响.
