摘要

•There are SNPs that are consistently and significantly correlated with four leaf physiological traits.•Of the 20,014 SNPs generated from RADseq technique 20 SNPs were found to be significantly associated hotspot loci.•Those significantly associated loci can be used as tools for marker assisted selection of the relatively drought tolerant and highly photosynthetic lines of perennial rice.
