Abstract
It is an important way for the grid to realize the transformation of energy Internet enterprises by providing economic and efficient integrated energy services to users. It is of great significance to choose the appropriate business model. Therefore, a multi-regional integrated energy service business model is proposed, and the economy of the business model is optimized based on cost-benefit analysis. Firstly, the integrated energy service and its business model are summarized. Then, a comprehensive evaluation model for integrated energy service business model is proposed based on cost-benefit analysis to measure the economic value of business models. On this basis, an optimization model for integrated energy service business model is established, in which maximizing the benefit-cost ratio is taken as the optimization objective. Case studies on a multi-regional integrated energy system illustrate the economic value of the proposed business model in different regions.
