Abstract
Voltage control is an important technical basis for high-reliability power supply in regional power grids with renewable energy. Based on regional grid adaptive AGC/AVC control architecture, a “global decision-making-regional autonomy” control strategy is proposed in this paper. The overall optimization goal is to minimize total operating cost, and required active/reactive power adjustments are calculated through voltage sensitivity analysis method in the lower layer. Simulation study results show that grid loss can be reduced through the global decision-making strategy effectively, and regional grid voltage can be effectively improved with the reactive output value of SVG, photovoltaic inverter and other equipment through the regional autonomous control strategy, verifying effectiveness of the proposed voltage control strategy.
