Abstract
All-inorganic perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs) have outstanding properties, such as good operational stability, bright luminance, high efficiency, excellent color purity, and low cost. Apart from the device structure of the PeLEDs, the addition of different polymers, organic cations with ammonium functionalities, etc., is other significant factors to guarantees better all-around performance of all inorganic PeLEDs. In this chapter, we provide updated knowledge of all inorganic PeLEDs by analyzing the causes of the poor performance of all inorganic PeLEDs and its behavior in different device structure despite the excellent photoelectronic properties. We also discussed strategies to improve the performance, photoluminescence properties, and operational stability of all-inorganic PeLEDs films with the process of additive engineering. Keywords: All-inorganic PeLEDs, additive engineering, polymer additive, organic cations.
