Based on the well seismic characteristics and the combination of forward modeling and actual response characteristics, three types of reservoir assemblage are identified in the Z2dn4 Formation in Hechuan area. Type I reservoir assemblage - the top of the Z2dn4 Formation is the dissolution fracture-cavity type reservoir. The Z2dn4 Formation presents the response characteristics of “top weak and complex wave”. Type II reservoir assemblage -- internal fracture-cavity reservoir is developed, and the Z2dn4 Formation presents the response characteristics of “top strength and internal disturbance”. Type III reservoir assemblage - the reservoir is poorly developed, and the Z2dn4 Formation is characterized by “top strength and narrow trough” response. The quantitative intersection analysis shows that the individual well productivity or reservoir development is inversely proportional to the amplitude and frequency.
