Abstract
The 2019 contagious coronavirus disease (COVID-19) caused by SARS-CoV-2 has led to a global pandemic with a huge increase in the number of deaths. Governments around the world have put in place several preventive measures in the interests of public health. Medical research confirms that in addition to observed symptoms such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing, tiredness, loss of taste and smell, one of the main factors determining the virus presence in the human body is the decrease in SpO2 levels. False results and misconduct observed in COVID tests confirmed the unreliability of medical tests for people with financial instability, thus ensuring the need for technology and for diagnosing disease correctly and economically. The immense increase in COVID casualties required mastering the technology to help humanity in such dire situations. This paper describes the development, functioning and efficiency of an intelligent system that informs the user about the guidelines issued by the government, enables him to determine his COVID-19 susceptibility via an SpO2 test, risk exposure status taking into account various observed factors and Symptoms, mask, detection and maintenance of social distancing to verify user compliance with these precautions, all using a smartphone owned by 99% of the population. After successful execution of numerous test cases, the said system has proven to be 97% accurate in calculating the SpO2 measured value, the risk status, the detection of masks and the recording of the mass exposure. Cloud computing is the need-based availability of computer system resources, in particular data storage and computing power, without direct, active management by the user. The benefit of Cloud-based services for individual companies is that they allow for quick implementation and upscaling in a range of settings, as the company does not need to purchase additional hardware and they can be implemented remotely.
