Abstract
Compared with traditional classroom teaching, flipped classroom teaching has changed in teacher-student position, teaching method, teaching content, teaching time and space. The paper discusses the thinking and exploration of effective implementation of teaching under the new teaching mode of "flipped classroom" through some flipped classroom teaching examples. Under the guidance of the concept of outcome-based education, in the flipped classroom, the students are the leading players. There are many kinds of flipped classroom, such as projects, presentations, discussions and so on. No matter which kinds, students are the center of the class, teachers are the support staff. Through flipped classroom, not only the knowledge can be acquired well, but some other abilities can be cultivated, such as the ability of access to information, sense of teamwork, language ability and inducing and summarizing abilities.
