摘要
The intermittency of wind power generation causes the risks of safety and stability of power system. Flexible loads such as Electric Vehicles (EVs) can regulate the power consumption according to the power output of wind in order to mitigate the impact of the intermittency. This paper proposes a global optimization model of typical regional grid to achieve the economic dispatch of wind power generation and EVs in the day-ahead optimization, while considering the maximum renewable power utilization in the real-time rolling optimization under time-of-use (TOU) tariff for EVs. The dual optimization takes considerations of economic dispatch and renewable power utilization simultaneously based on the constraints of load forecasting, wind forecasting, the state of charge of EVs, the charging routines of EVs, and DC power flow. The power unbalance due to wind power volatility and load volatility are stabilized under the economic dispatch of conventional generators. A case study based on practical regional grid is proposed, demonstrating that two layers of optimization is able to reconcile the components in the system under both economic and renewable power utilization target.
