晶相对Pt/TiO2催化间硝基苯乙酮加氢性能的影响

Abstract
分别以Ti(SO4)2、TiCl4为钛源制备锐钛矿和金红石TiO2,用浸渍还原法制备0.3%Pt/TiO2催化剂,考察了其催化间硝基苯乙酮加氢制备间氨基苯乙酮性能,并采用N2物理吸附、XRD、TEM、XPS等技术对其结构进行了表征.结果表明,0.3%Pt/TiO2-A催化间硝基苯乙酮加氢制备间氨基苯乙酮反应性能明显优于0.3%Pt/TiO2-R.Pt在锐钛矿相TiO2载体上分散性更好,Pt与锐钛矿相TiO2的电子相互作用更强,这可能是0.3%Pt/TiO2-A对催化间硝基苯乙酮加氢制备间氨基苯乙酮具有优异性能的原因.
