Abstract
In this chapter, applications of monoclonal drugs to control and contain cancer have been studied mathematically. We have used several computer outputs in the form of tables. The primary purpose is to show the actual numerical results that explain the success/failure of a method of treatment. These reveal what we expect the immune system and the medications used for inhibition of malignant cells to do and validate that they have made their best attempts to do their jobs. For instance, they should be at the height of their activities near the tumors and affected lymph nodes, they should get stronger as malignancy gets worse, and they should not increase their strengths if malignancy starts getting weaker. Computational results show that they worked as expected.
