Abstract
The results of the use of direct choledochoscopy with the SpyGlass system in a pregnant woman at 30 weeks’ gestation are presented. This method has been found optimal during pregnancy since it provides direct visualization of bile ducts, and there are no adverse health effects to a mother or fetus from ionizing radiation exposure.
