Diagnostic Classification of Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorders Using Machine Learning on Resting-State EEG

It is a challenge to differentiate schizophrenia (SCZ) and bipolar disorder (BD) in clinical practice, as they share many clinical symptoms and susceptibility genes. To date, few studies have explored the potential of machine learning on resting-state EEG in the diagnostic classification of these two disorders.
