Abstract
肩关节后脱位(posterior shoulder dislocation,PSD)是一种罕见的肩关节脱位类型,发病率低,缺乏特异性临床表现,误诊率高,常导致患者无法得到及时准确的治疗,治疗方案的选择需根据患者的一般情况、年龄、活动量、骨缺损大小、脱位持续时间等因素综合考虑,目前相关资料多为个案报道和文献回顾,尚无统一的治疗指南或金标准.本文就PSD的诊疗研究进展做一综述,以期为临床治疗提供理论依据和参考.
