Abstract
下颈椎前路椎弓根螺钉内固定(anterior cervical transpedicular screw,ATPS)技术,可实现前路的直接减压和椎弓根螺钉坚强固定的优点。但也存在操作风险高,置钉难度大等缺点。因此,为了提高ATPS置钉的安全性,本研究拟利用个体化3D导板辅助下植入ATPS螺钉,并分析置钉前后的偏差,为后续研究提供依据。
