成核剂和扩链剂对PLA/PBAT共混体系性能影响

Abstract
采用熔融共混法制备聚乳酸/己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯共聚物(PLA/PBAT),探究成核剂和扩链剂对PLA/PBAT的力学性能、热性能和结晶性能的影响.结果表明:成核剂显著提高PLA的结晶度,成核剂为0.2份,PLA的结晶度提高至42.65%.随着扩链剂含量的增加,脱落在PLA基体中的PBAT颗粒尺寸减小,分布更均匀.扩链剂添加量为0.8份,共混体系的力学性能最佳,其中断裂拉伸应变从5.8%提高至146.9%,熔体质量流动速率从15.24 g/10min降至5.7 g/10min,材料的耐热变形性能略有提高.
