Abstract
针对集成光学陀螺仪中耦合损耗过大的问题,利用石墨烯电光调制器代替传统耦合器,设计了一种基于马赫-曾德尔型结构的高速电光开关,利用有限差分时域方法仿真分析了其光学性能.仿真结果表明,该方案能够显著地降低陀螺仪的损耗,提高信号输出的功率.该方案可为集成光学陀螺的实用化提供重要参考.
