Abstract
1 临床资料 患者,女,35岁,身高153 cm,体重81 kg.因"睡眠时打鼾伴张口呼吸20余年"于2018-12- 27门诊就诊.既往史:自幼患唐氏综合征.4岁时行扁桃体切除及腺样体刮除手术.7岁腺样体肥大复发,再次手术,具体手术方式不详.查体:宽眼距、双眼外眺上斜、小眼裂、小外耳、塌鼻梁、鼻梁低平.专科查体:腭弓高尖,软腭松弛,舌体肥厚,双侧扁桃体切除术后状态,无扁桃体残体残留.
