用SEM分析肼对高岭石的插层作用

Abstract
高岭石属1:1型层状硅酸盐,层间不含可交换性阳离子.其晶层构造是由一片硅氧四面体片[SiO2]和一片铝氧八面体片[AlO2(OH)4]组成,层间由氢键联结.层间域一面为硅氧四面体的氧原子层,另一面为铝氧八面体的羟基层,两面原子的不对称分布使高岭石层间显极性[1].极性较强的分子可破坏高岭石层间的氢键,插入层间,使高岭石相邻片层间的作用力减弱,从而叠聚体发生剥离,通过这种方法可制备超细高岭土.本文采用肼插层高岭石,研究插层前后高岭土粒度的变化.
