Abstract
患者男,69岁,因进行性吞咽困难1个月就诊.增强CT:食管中段局部增厚,异常强化,多考虑肿瘤性病变;甲状腺左侧叶占位.胃镜检查:食管恶性肿瘤,病理活检:(食管)鳞状细胞癌.实验室检查:TSH:0.244 μIU/mL,TPO-Ab:186.70 U/mL;二维超声:甲状腺左侧叶中下部可见一大小约3.0 cm×2.4 cm×2,0 cm低回声,边界欠清,形态不规则,内回声不均匀,甲状腺邻近食管结构清晰,回声均匀,见图1a.
