髋痹病临床治疗关键技术问题研究之血液流变学、血脂四项与中医各证型的相关性研究

Abstract
目的:探讨髋痹病患者的血液流变学、血脂四项与中医各证型的相关性.方法:60例髋痹病患者于入院次日清晨,空腹条件下抽取肘部静脉血,进行血液流变学、血脂四项水平检测,统计其结果,并用STATA 12.0统计软件进行计算分析.结果:肝肾亏虚型髋痹病患者的200/S和Arbe指标较气滞血瘀型和痰湿痹阻型高,痰湿痹阻型髋痹病患者CHOL指标较气滞血瘀型患者高.痰湿痹阻型髋痹病患者HDL指标较气滞血瘀型患者和肝肾亏虚型患者低.结论:初步探明髋痹病患者不同证型与血液流变学各指标及血脂四项各指标之间的关系,为临床治疗提供依据.
