浮针疗法配合肌肉能量技术治疗颈肩肌筋膜疼痛综合征疗效观察

Abstract
目的:观察浮针疗法(FSN)配合肌肉能量技术(MET)治疗颈肩肌筋膜疼痛综合征(MPS)的疗效.方法:将80例患者随机分为浮针组和针灸组,每组40例.浮针组采用FSN配合MET,针灸组采用针灸疗法.隔日治疗1次,1周治疗3次,连续6次为1个疗程.结果:①两组病患者VAS、压痛评分、颈椎关节活动度(CROM)和颈部残障指数(NDI)均明显改善(P＜0.01),浮针组优于针灸组(P＜0.05).②浮针组的愈显率和总有效率分别为72.5％和95.0％,均高于针灸组的47.5％及77.5％(P＜0.05).结论:FSN配合MET治疗能够改善颈肩MPS患者VAS、压痛评分、CROM和NDI,疗效显著.
