橘红挥发油的提取及包合工艺研究

Abstract
目的:优选橘红挥发油的提取及β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺.方法:以挥发油的提取量为考察指标,采用正交试验优选挥发油提取工艺;以挥发油包合率为考察指标,优选β-环糊精包合工艺.结果:挥发油最佳提取工艺为:加10倍量的水,浸泡30min,提取8h;挥发油包合的最佳工艺为:采用饱和水溶液法,挥发油与β-环糊精的用量比为1∶10,包合温度50℃,包合时间21h.结论:优选的橘红挥发油提取工艺提油率较高,包合工艺稳定可行.
