枢机不利与肺间宿根的相互作用是哮病发作的核心病机,枢机不利更是其中关键.和调枢机法分为直接治枢与间接调枢两端,贯穿哮喘治疗始终.转少阳之机,调肝肺、肝胃之逆,通城廓、水道之壅,纾郁气、郁热、郁逆之变,燮于寒热,理乎化源.和调可致中,和调能人微,理法方药皆当中正平和,以平为期,以和为度,临证方可不偏不倚,无过不及,无往不利.
