三七圆斑病致病菌的rDNA-ITS序列分析及杀菌剂对其室内毒力测定

Abstract
目的:在分子水平上进一步确定三七圆斑病致病菌,同时在室内筛选抑制三七圆斑病致病菌的化学杀菌剂.方法:利用病原菌的rDNA构建系统发育树来确定病原菌的分类地位;采用菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发法测定11种化学杀菌剂原药对三七圆斑病致病菌的抑制作用.结果:系统发育分析表明,供试三七圆斑病致病菌为槭菌刺孢Mycocentrospora acerina.化学药剂对菌株BH19-2菌丝体的抑制试验作用结果表明,95%福美双的EC50值最低,仅为3.2365 mg/L;其次为95.1%氟硅唑,EC50值为7.5097 mg/L;而97%多菌灵和97.5%苯酰菌胺的EC50值均在15 000 mg/L以上.孢子萌发抑制作用试验结果表明,98%百菌清、95%福美双、90%代森锰锌和95.1%氟硅唑对菌株BH19-2分生孢子萌发的EC50值均小于10 mg/L,而97.5%苯酰菌胺的EC50值最大,达到14 837.4635 mg/L.结论:在分子水平上证明供试菌株BH19-2、PL3-1-1和BH19-19均为Mycocentrospora acerina;95%福美双和95.1%氟硅唑对三七圆斑病致病菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发都有较好的抑制作用,可以作为田间药效试验研究的备选农药.
