Abstract
目的:探讨冷诱导 RNA 结合蛋白(CIRBP)在体外循环心脏手术低温保护中的作用和机制.
方法:使用 TALEN 基因编辑技术构建 CIRBP 敲除大鼠.使用 CIRBP 敲除大鼠和野生型大鼠各 10 只构建大鼠低温体外循环模型,使用左心导管检测心脏复跳后两组大鼠的左心室内压,进一步取两组大鼠心肌做蛋白质组学分析并使用Western blot 对蛋白质组学结果进行验证.
