Abstract
大肠癌是临床常见消化道恶性肿瘤,近年来其发病率呈逐年上升趋势,早诊断、早治疗是改善大肠癌患者预后、提高生存质量的关键[1].由于各年龄段大肠癌患者的临床及病理特点不尽相同,因此笔者对721例老年大肠癌患者进行回顾分析,并与同期1 226例非老年大肠癌患者进行对比分析,拟探讨老年大肠癌的临床及病理特点.
