Abstract
患者男性,38岁.因右侧嘴角麻木6个月,右侧肢体麻木、轻度无力9天、头痛2天,于2018年10月4日入院,患者2018年4月无明显诱因出现右侧嘴角麻木,无头晕、头痛,无肢体活动障碍及麻木等症状与体征,至当地中医诊所就诊,经中医理疗(具体方案不详)症状无改善,并逐渐进展至右侧面部麻木,再次至当地医院就诊,经头部CT检查提示双侧侧脑室旁低密度影,考虑脑梗死,予以口服阿司匹林100 mg/d、阿托伐他汀20 mg/d等药物治疗,症状逐渐好转,仅遗留右侧嘴角轻度麻木.
