Abstract
目的 通过调查分析社区老年高血压患者的健康行为及影响因素,为预测、干预社区老年高血压患者健康行为提供依据. 方法 以保护动机理论框架为指导,通过文献分析、老年高血压保护动机问卷调查为基础进行分析,建立老年高血压保护动机模型. 结果 影响老年高血压患者健康行为的因素包括自身因素和社会因素两个方面,保护动机理论能预测、解释影响老年高血压控制的行为因素. 结论 社区老年高血压保护动机模型能为提供有效的护理干预发挥作用.
