单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎致Korsakoff综合征1例

Abstract
柯萨科夫综合征(Korsakoff syndrome)常见病因是长期酒精滥用,也可见于长期肠外营养、剧烈呕吐、胃肠道术后等引起的硫胺素缺乏症.单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎也可遗留认知和行为异常等神经功能后遗症,但未见符合Korsakoff 综合征的相关报告.现报告1例单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎治疗后临床特征表现为Korsakoff综合征的患者,以提高临床医师对该类疾病的早期识别和预后判断.
