Abstract
肿瘤的发生是一个复杂的病理过程,涉及多个因素。其内外因素及分子生物学基础涉及多种癌基因和抑癌基因的异常表达。近些年来,Axl及其配体生长停滞特异性基因（Gas）6成为研究热点之一。两者在多种肿瘤中表达,对基因转录调节起重要作用,并参与肿瘤细胞生长、凋亡、黏附能力改变等活动[1]。本文就Axl及其配体蛋白Gas6与肿瘤关系的研究现状进行综述。1 Axl与Gas6的结构特点
