Abstract
神经上皮细胞转化因子1(Net-1)是由595个氨基酸组成的蛋白质,属于鸟嘌呤核苷酸交换因子家族中的一员,是一种鸟嘌呤核苷酸调节蛋白,具有激活和调节Ras基因同源家族Rho家族成员的功能.Net-1在信号传导、细胞粘附、迁移、增殖、分化和肿瘤生长等一系列生理病理过程中发挥着重要作用.本文主要介绍Net-1分子功能及研究现状.
