Abstract
初步建立经颈内动脉介入注射造影剂的尸体脑血管显影方法.经颈总动脉TERUMO 6F鞘管穿刺置入颈内动脉后,分别采取单侧和双侧动脉注入碘造影剂,经CT扫描获取脑部血管图像.单侧颈内动脉显影剂注射后,仅显示同侧大脑内动脉血管走行;双侧颈内动脉显影剂注射后,可获得较完整的脑血管影像.双侧颈内动脉介入方式注射造影剂可以获得较好的尸体脑血管造影效果.
