《本草纲目》散载李时珍及其博采的医案400余例,其中泄泻医案12则.文章摘取其中风邪客胃泄泻案、湿热内生暴泻案、脾虚湿盛洞泄案、脾虚寒凝溏泻案、肾阳虚衰久泄案、脾肾中虚冷泻案等6则附以拙按浅析,总结泄泻的病因病机及辨证论治规律,以期对该病临床治疗的承继开新有所助益.
