中医药防治绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)有类激素样作用,替代雌激素发挥促进骨形成,抑制骨吸收达到防治骨质疏松的效果,在防治PMOP方面有其独特的优势.文章从雌激素治疗机制、信号通路、中药单体及中药药对等方面回顾中药雌激素防治绝经后骨质疏松并加以综述,以期为研究及临床工作者提供参考,提高PMOP防治率.
